Meet Carole

Ever felt like your faith and your work were living in two separate worlds?

Me too.

Hi, I’m Carole Evans, and I’ve been on a journey to discover what it really looks like to live out my faith at work. Like many of you, I’ve wrestled with the notion of finding purpose in my professional life while trying to reconcile it with my faith.

Over time, God began to show me something different. He revealed the beauty and the symmetry that happens when we stop separating our faith from our work and start allowing our faith to shape the way we lead, serve, and show up every day. I began to realize that the gospel is so much bigger than I ever imagined and it absolutely has a place in the ordinary, in the meetings, in the conversations, and even in the mundane.

My spiritual journey has been an evolution all its own. Christianity was comfortable for me, a product of growing up in a pastor’s home. I accepted God as my Savior at 15, but it wasn’t until I entered my 30s that I dove deep into understanding His character and what it truly means to walk alongside Him. That exploration reshaped everything. I realized I didn’t need to chase after new job titles or roles to find fulfillment. Instead, I found He is my purpose, right where I am.

Today, I am deeply passionate about sharing this message and encouraging others to recognize the intersection of faith and work. Our workplaces are not just venues for transactions; our days filled with opportunities to reflect God’s love and grace. Each conversation, each decision, and even every mundane task can become a conduit for demonstrating faith in action.

I hope that by sharing my experiences, I can inspire you to seek the sacred in your ordinary, to uncover how God desires to work through you in your daily routine. Let’s transform our work from burden to calling; join me on this journey. Let’s learn to embrace the holy amidst the hustle, discovering the incredible ways God wants to use us, right where we are
